As an Assistant Manager at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for (but not limited to) the following :
- Reporting to the Manager and assisting in the overall operations of the lodge facility (or facilities, if applicable). These areas of operation include (but are not limited to) the following :
Food Services
HousekeepingMaintenanceHealth Care (where required)Assisting the manager in leading, motivating mentoring, and retaining a diverse staff team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service.Develop and maintain professional, supportive, resident relationships.Administrative and reporting functions relating to facility operations.Assisting the Manager with scheduling requirements and liaising with Human Resources as required.Ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained to organizational standards.Promote and market the facility to prospective residents.Requirements :
