Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly plus bonus

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the operational and marketing backbone of the Osman Omar Team - managing systems, client communications, and marketing execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building, implementing, and managing systems for database management, lead tracking, and transaction coordination
  • Handling contracts through closing (with DocuSign) and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Managing team finances: tracking expenses, generating KPI reports, and maintaining budget records
  • Designing marketing content such as social media graphics, print materials, and digital campaigns (Canva)
  • Overseeing the team’s SEO, website updates, and online brand consistency
  • Scheduling and managing appointments through Calendly
  • Coordinating with vendors, trades, clients, and partners to keep all moving parts aligned
  • Using AI tools and automations to improve systems and efficiency
