Position Overview
Under the general direction supervision of the Supervisor-Diagnostic Imaging Support and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of Shared Health, the Porter - Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for transporting and assisting patients; attending to the needs of patients; documenting appropriate information; wiping down equipment and ensuring same is in adequate working order; ensuring rooms are properly stocked with linen; ensuring the adequate supply of oxygen tanks and changing them as required; and performing other related duties as assigned.
