I’m currently seeking an Expert Technologist in Aseptic Packaging Technology to join a global manufacturing company recognized for its cutting-edge filling systems and dedication to product safety and performance. Mission As part of the technical service team, you will be responsible for leading and executing microbiological validation projects to ensure the commercial readiness of equipment used for sensitive or aseptic products. This hands-on role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and client interaction in a dynamic, international environment. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and perform on-site aseptic validation tests to certify equipment for production use. - Support equipment preparation and collaborate closely with client lab teams to follow project timelines. - Act as a technical advisor, assisting with audits, maintenance validations, and sterility troubleshooting. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to hygienic conditions or equipment performance. - Deliver training and support to client teams on aseptic filling and packaging processes. - Participate in international service assignments across the full range of filling and packaging equipment. Your profile - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, microbiology, food technology, or chemistry. - Fluent in English (both spoken and written); French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus. - Knowledge of aseptic and mechanical processes, microbiology, and HACCP principles. - Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven, methodical, and adaptable in a structured and technical environment. - Willing to commit long-term (3-5 years) and develop deep expertise in aseptic technology. - Up to 90 % travel required, including international projects. - Valid passport - Open to recent graduates with strong scientific backgrounds; specific aseptic experience not required. Working Conditions : - Competitive salary: CAD $85,000 - $110,000 annual bonus of 6-9 %. - Flexible overtime policy with banked hours convertible into payment, RRSP contributions, or additional vacation. - Extra time-off credit for each day spent on-site.
