Your New Role As a Project Manager, you’ll lead high-profile mechanical engineering projects, including building retrofits, decarbonization initiatives, and advanced construction solutions. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring quality andpliance with specifications. This includes defining project scope, acquiring resources, supervising team efforts, and maintaining clearmunication with stakeholders and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects from concept topletion
  • Strong leadership andmunication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to define scope, manage resources, and oversee quality control
  • Experience in mechanical engineering and familiarity with sustainable design practices
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
