Hays has partnered with a known real estate developer in the recruitment for the role of Financial Controller.

Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, as Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial operations and reporting are adhered to in a timely and efficient manner. Your tasks and responsibilities will mainly include but aren't limited to:

• Supervise and train employees
• Establishment and monitoring of accounting procedures within thepany
• Participate in the programming and continuous improvement of accounting software
• Analyze and verify monthly budgets
• Explanation of budget variances
• Prepare files for auditors
• Prepare reports for project funding
• Analyze construction costs
• Produce monthly financial statements
• All other related tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting with CPA designation
• More than 7 years of experience in accounting in the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of Maestro, Simply Accounting and Office Suite
• Experience in team supervision
• Perfectmand of French and English, both oral and written
• Perfectly bilingual
