Your new role
As amercial Project Manager, you will play a central role in supporting themercial, financial, and program management aspects of multiple architectural projects. Working closely with Architectural Project Leads and Principals, you will ensure that each project is delivered efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with contract obligations. You will coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and client representatives, overseeing processes such as change control, fee management, resource planning, and program development. Your work will contribute directly to project performance, teammunication, and the overall success of the practice’s portfolio.

To excel in this role, you will bring strongmercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and experience working within architectural or construction environments. This job is based in downtown Toronto and requires you to be in the office every day during probation. The firm offers the option for flexible work from home days after probation.
