Lease Administrator - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Support Management of the Real Estate Access and Hydro Portfolio of around 2500 sites Nationally
• Accountability to keep Landlord Hydro accounts current
• Accurate entry and payment into Real Estate Data Base CoStar
• Ensure timely and accurate Hydro Reconciliations meet our contractual deadlines
• Ensure all Landlord invoices are reviewed, analyzed and paid for each account
• Maintain accuracy of portfolio master data in CoStar database
• Ensure audit documentation requirements are met including electronic file management of relevant documents
• Engage with landlords to answer general Hydro questions and secure landlord agreement for completed reconciliations and smart meter installation
• Support transition to new Smart Meters by working with landlord and internal teams and vendors to ensure successful transition
• Liaison with internal departments, site acquisition, finance, deployment and operations
• Support site access requests for internal teams and act as point of access contact for Landlords
• Coordinate contact between landlord and internal teams for equipment relocation, roof repairs and other access issues as they occur

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Application software, CoStar, Accuenergy, Oracle, Excel and Microsoft suite of tools
• Time management of volume and objectives to ensure business needs are met
• 3 -5 Years Lease Management / Property Management / Accounts Payable would be an asset
• Effective interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external customers

Pay Range:
$25 - $27 per hour
