We’re Bayview Wildwood Resort () , an all-inclusive family resort located in beautiful Severn Bridge, Ontario. Our guests enjoy resort rooms along with lakeside cottage properties, all year round. We have a rich history and have been operating since the late 1800s! We are currently on the hunt for Dining Room Servers to fill multiple open positions. As a Dining Room Server, you will: * Be responsible for the dining room area, providing food and beverage service to guests * Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and providing recommendations about our menu * Interact with guests to build relationships and create memorable experiences You’ll have a ton of variety in this role and get to be part of a close-knit team, with who you’ll enjoy lots of laughs every day. Not to mention, you’ll have the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air and our beautiful scenery, every day! Here’s what you’ll enjoy as part of our team: * Starting wage at $14/hour + tips * Group benefits (available after 1 year) and group RSP (available after 6 months) * Flexible scheduling to suit your needs (evening and weekends will be required) * Accommodation - when you work with us, you can live on site at the resort, and will have use of the resort facilities and activities: swim, canoe, kayak, paddle board, water ski, wake board, nightly entertainment, hiking/cycling trails, tennis, volleyball, etc. Qualifications * Experience as a dining room server * Smart Serve certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting) * Experience working in a hotel or resort environment would be a plus, but not required Most importantly, we’re looking for people who take pride in a job well done, and are dependable and organized.
