Are you ready to lead a team in one of Toronto's busiest and most exciting dining spots? We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and understands how to bring both operational excellence and personality to the floor.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading by example to inspire, coach, and motivate a top-performing team.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling restaurant, ensuring smooth service for hundreds of happy guests daily.
  • Driving results in a smart and cheeky culture that encourages fun without sacrificing professionalism.
  • Collaborating with leadership to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
  • Taking initiative to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and innovate in a dynamic hospitality setting.
