Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and coloring for both men and women
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques
• Recommend and sell salon products to clients to maintain healthy and beautiful hair
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Handle and manage client bookings, schedules, and payments
• Attend regular training sessions to improve and update skills
• Collaborate with other team members in a positive and professional manner
• Assist in the overall upkeep and maintenance of the salon

Qualifications :

Valid cosmetology license

Proven track record of success in the hair industry

Strong knowledge of current hair cutting and styling techniques

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively

A creative and artistic eye

Strong attention to detail

A positive and upbeat attitude

Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team
