Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership
- Develop seasonal dessert menus for all three restaurants
- Design signature plated desserts, event desserts, and specialty items
- Ensure consistency and quality control across all locations
- Create recipes with standardized yields and plating guides
- Lead R&D for new concepts, events, and private dining experiences
- Develop holiday and feature-driven pastry programs
Production & Operations
- Oversee centralized or distributed pastry production
- Create prep lists and production schedules for all locations
- Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
- Monitor daily pars and minimize waste
