Job Title: VP, Revenue Operations

Overview: We are building a scalable Revenue Operations function and are seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Revenue Operations to drive go-to-market alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Enterprise Systems. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead RevOps strategy, governance, and systems to support accurate forecasting, pricing, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do - Build and lead Deal Desk operations, including pricing, approvals, and contract governance
- Define pricing guardrails, discounting, and escalation frameworks
- Support enterprise and strategic deals, including RFPs
- Drive actionable insights through CRM, customer, and product usage data
- Own and optimize the sales tech stack and integrations (CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, commissions)
- Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Marketing on GTM execution, reporting, and analytics
- Develop SOPs, onboarding, and enablement for RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team
What You Bring - 10+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment, with C-suite exposure
- Experience leading distributed teams in high-growth environments
- Strong GTM process, systems, and analytical expertise
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Tableau, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, and related tools
- Executive-level communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Salary Range: $145,000 - $220,000 CAD
