Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from design through production deployment
• Participate in analysis and system design specification sessions
• Document design options and solutions according to SDLC methodology
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and development best practices
• Provide development estimates, weekly status reporting, and budget forecasting
• Perform coding, testing, packaging, deployment, and production support
• Lead or participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with System Test Environment Management Team (STEMT) for build deployment
• Develop and execute unit and integration test strategies
• Provide technical support during testing phases
• Track defects, conduct triage, and resolve issues
• Perform data setup and environment validation
• Manage configuration for sub-projects within releases
• Coach and mentor junior developers
• Conduct knowledge transfer to full-time staff upon contract completion

Required Experience

• 5+ years of overall experience in application development
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience leading technical projects in Cloud environments
• Experience working with internal stakeholders across multiple pods
• Experience analyzing large data sets and communicating analytical outputs

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Banking industry experience
• Experience with Law25 regulation
• Experience presenting to senior leadership

Required Skills

• MS Azure Cloud environment experience
• PySpark, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Databricks and Synapse
• Data Management, Analytics, and Governance initiatives
• Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Algorithm Development, Automation
