Backhoe Operator

• $24-26.00 per hour.
• Benefits after 3 months.
• Company matching RRSP after one year.

• Safely operate backhoe equipment at both the soil production facility and construction sites.
• Assist in producing soil blends and maintaining soil and blending material inventory.
• Transport and route soil inventory as needed.
• Support general vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and construction timelines.

• Valid Driver’s license with a good driver’s abstract.
• Experience operating a backhoe.
• Capability to work weekends.
