Our client is sourcing a Manager, Investor Relations for a 12-month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop clear and accurate written communications, including announcements, presentations, and executive messaging.
• Analyze financial and operational results to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate reporting activities and ensure timely preparation of disclosure and communication materials.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all communications and reporting materials.

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, financial analysis, capital markets, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded or publicly accountable organization.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting processes, and capital markets.
• Proven experience preparing executive presentations and business communications.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating reporting cycles and supporting regulatory or corporate disclosure requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with external stakeholders, investors, or financial professionals is an asset.
• Industry-specific reporting or regulatory disclosure experience is considered an asset.
