Field Fleet Coordinator

Acuren is currently hiring a Field Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurrayy, AB!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on industrial environment, is organized and proactive, and wants to grow their skills while supporting essential field operations.

Position Details

Rotation / Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 hrs. / day

Start Date : As soon as possible

Location : Fort McMurray Office (Warehouse)

Requirement : Must be local to Fort McMurray

Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of all fleet support needs including maintaining accurate fleet and driver records;
• Scheduling maintenance and repairs;
• Assigning vehicles; tracking vehicle utilization and costs
• Creating CER’s for expansion and replacement vehicles
• Perform light‑duty mechanical work and assist with troubleshooting minor issues.
