Our team is looking for a new team member to join our team to help us expand our client base.
The primary objective of our
Business Development Specialist is to identify potential commercial and insurance leads who are open to receiving a second opinion and having their current insurance program evaluated and advised on.
Committing approximately 16-20 hours per week, up to four hours daily, to the objective of producing a minimum of 10-15 qualified leads per week, with the potential for exceeding this target. Remuneration of $25 per qualified lead will be provided, or a minimum of $18 per hour, whichever amount is higher.
Selected lists and leads, as well as customized scripts and word tracks, will be provided.
Outbound calls will be conducted internally using company-provided laptops in a professional office environment.
