What is the opportunity?

Join RBC's Enterprise Performance Management team to provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership, including the CFO, Group Executives, and Board of Directors. What will you do?

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of strategic reports that inform executive decision-making
  • Synthesize enterprise performance data, strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and market intelligence into strategic briefs and deep dives for senior leadership
  • Deliver high quality work that is produced efficiently within tight timelines.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to surface insights from enterprise performance and market data. Translate AI outputs into strategic narratives and recommendations that drive executive action.
  • Support key RBC enterprise priorities while establishing, monitoring, and maintaining effective plans and controls to ensure that they are completed on time.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, banking, performance management, investor relations, or financial services.
  • CFA, CPA or equivalent financial services credentials
  • High degree of initiative and ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources including performance metrics, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building new narratives.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, and executive decision-making processes.
  • Ability to convert financial data and knowledge into clear and concise messaging with actionable advice for business partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort in presenting to and advising executives.

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Experience with competitive intelligence functions
  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and data analytics tools
  • Translating data and AI outputs into compelling strategic narratives that influence enterprise-wide decisions.
  • Understanding of banking regulatory environment and financial reporting

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
