We’re looking for a world-class House Manager to bring organization, peace of mind, and proactive excellence to a dynamic household and busy family. As House Manager, you’ll become a key member of the household, managing everything from daily routines and schedules to maintenance, contractors, and travel logistics. If you're a proactive problem solver with elite organizational skills and a heart for service, this opportunity is designed for you. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Household & Property Management • Oversee day-to-day operations of the home, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance • Manage cleaning schedules, seasonal preparations, and deep cleans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) • Maintain inventory and ensure all household supplies are fully stocked Family Support & Scheduling • Manage calendars, appointments, and key dates for the family • Organize occasional travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries • Coordinate with schools, babysitters, and healthcare professionals for appointments Meal & Grocery Coordination • Plan weekly grocery lists and restock household staples • Manage meal prep schedules and coordinate with dietary preferences • Prepare or oversee preparation of healthy, family-friendly meals Vehicle & Errand Oversight • Schedule vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire changes, detailing) • Manage errands such as shopping, returns, and pickups • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use Project & Tech Management • Use Trello and Voxer for project planning and communication • Support the family’s systems for home organization, technology, and scheduling Event & Guest Coordination • Plan and manage events, from date nights to occasional gatherings • Prepare the home for guests and handle post-event cleanup ________________________________________ Optional: Cleaning Responsibilities Depending on the candidate’s experience and preference, the House Manager may: • Personally handle day-to-day cleaning and organization tasks, including laundry, kitchen upkeep, and room resets, or • Manage third-party cleaner, including hiring, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring completion of cleaning checklists (daily, weekly, monthly) This flexibility allows the role to be tailored to your strengths, whether you’re hands-on or excel at managing and delegating. ________________________________________ Optional: Baby sitting Depending on the candidate’s experience and preference, the House Manager may: • Personally Baby sit. When out for date nights we require our two children (age 9& 11) to cared for. • Manage third-party Baby Sitter, including hiring, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring completion of care responsibilities. This flexibility allows the role to be tailored to your strengths, whether you’re hands-on or excel at managing and delegating.
