We are seeking a process planner for our Dome Manufacturing Departments to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing and maintaining department processes and work instructions. You will collaborate closely with co-workers in addition to Operations department team members to trouble shoot and navigate through various production and customer challenges. Continuous improvement and cost reductions will also be requested regularly during day to day activities. Experience working in a Precision Optics Production environment

Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge / understanding through study, instruction or experience
Education and Technical Requirements :
Certification of Apprenticeship an asset
Minimum 5 years of experience working with precision Optics (Domes an asset)
Technical ability to interpret drawings
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
