Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for customer service, maintaining relationships with various clients and suppliers, and continuously seeking new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients visiting the office;
- Build long-term relationships across the industry;
- Maintain the current client list;
- Fulfill client requests, process orders, and ensure proper invoicing to complete sales;
- Identify and understand client needs;
- Ensure reasonable delivery timelines in coordination with transportation teams;
- Purchase and receive ordered products;
- Monitor accounts receivable aging;
- Collaborate in managing product inventory.
Qualifications
- DEP, DEC, or Certificate in Administration or Sales;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record;
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Organized with strong attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of computer systems and the Microsoft Office environment.
