We are a full service family practice and we encourage a flexible working practice to balance delivery of care to patients and a positive lifestyle. Long-term-care and inpatient services at the Comox Valley Hospital are part of full-service full-scope family practice.
◾ Billing Splits: 75/25 split but negotiable. Zero overhead for hospital work.
◾ No partnership buy-in
◾ No administrative burden
◾ No binding, restrictive contracts
◾ Flexible and autonomous work schedules/practice
◾ No locum provision requirement
◾ No billing means no overhead (vacation, conference time, etc.)
