We're committed to more than just working together and strive to help each employee reach their career goals.We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our commercial & light industrial service department.Job Title: Service ManagerCompensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, total compensation including profitability bonusesSign on bonus $5,000Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-TimeRelocating? We have relocation assistance options + temporary housing availableBenefits: Medical and Dental insurance; 100% paid premiums by employerLife insuranceCritical illness insurancePaid vacation11 paid holidaysRRSP with company match programCompany PhoneVehicle allowanceSigning bonus contingent on experience and technical ability *What You Will Be Doing: Oversee and manage the daily operation of the service departmentPromote a positive workplace cultureProviding leadership and direction to the team, with training and evaluation of job performanceQuality assurance of all service reports (auditing for quality and consistency)Support technicians in the field with estimating, questions and customer needsScheduling for service & maintenanceManage service projects and maintenance agreements.
