Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Papillon is a women’s clothing brand based in Surrey, BC. We are looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online presence and support brand growth across e-commerce, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, manage, and maintain the Shopify online store with a strong, on-brand visual experience
• Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify inbox and email in a timely and professional manner
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns using Privy (retail) and MailerLite (wholesale)
• Design promotional emails and seasonal trade show flyers using Canva and SCRL
• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including Reels and short-form video
• Develop monthly content calendars and track performance to improve engagement and reach
• Edit product and lifestyle images using Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Create visually compelling wholesale sales flyers for each collection
• Assist with catalogue shoots, manage on-site content creation, and complete post-production video editing
