Bring your electrical and instrumentation knowledge and experience to our Wastewater team. Working in an industrial electrical environment, you will install, calibrate, maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation components, configure programmable logic computers, wireless communication networks and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation problems in the City’s Wastewater facilities, Lift Stations and other operations.
To be successful, candidates will require an Electrical Trade Ticket, along with a Highschool Diploma and a Class 5 Driver’s License. Preference may be given to those that hold or can obtain an FSR designation and / or hold a Diploma in Instrumentation Technology. Please note that the successful candidate is required to reside within a 20‑minutes commute to the designated work location due to emergency on‑call requirements.
