As a Tactical Mobile Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centres, etc.

Schedule : 18 : 00-06 : 00 2 Week Continental Rotation (84 hours) Week 1 : Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday Week 2 : Sunday / Wednesday / Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr (After 3 months probation $19.75)

Address : Hamilton

Training schedule : Three days of training with a supervisor, 12‑hour shifts 1900‑0700

Training rate : $18.35

Responsibilities for Mobile Tactical Security Guard

Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)

Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws

Deterring and responding to incidents on the property

Responding to various types of emergencies

Grounding at sites when required.

Maintain posted speed limits, driving in a safe manner.

Driving for extended periods of time.

Responsible for company and client property (client keys, company phone, company vehicle and more).

Ability to maintain detailed notes.

Ability to write detailed report notes

Qualifications for Mobile Tactical Security Guard

A valid security guard licence and first aid card

1 year security experience

A valid driver’s licence full G or G‑2 with a clean driver’s abstract

Have a clear criminal background and driving record

Must be 19 or older for insurance reasons

Be eligible to work in Canada
