Winter Construction Labourers / Snow Removal Workers

Integrated Staffing is currently hiring Winter Construction Labourers / Snow Removal Workers to support our clients throughout the winter season. This role involves general labour work on construction sites along with snow clearing during weather events. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and want to earn extra income this winter, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing : Snow Removal Duties

• Shovelling snow from walkways, driveways, commercial properties & entrances
• Applying salt / sand as needed
• Operating snow blowers or equipment when required
• Working safely in winter weather conditions General Labour Duties
• Assisting trades onsite
• General site cleanup & keeping work areas organized
• Helping with unloading deliveries
• Lifting & moving building materials
• Assisting with tarping & hoarding What You’ll Need :
• Ability to work outdoors in winter for extended periods
• Physically fit – frequent lifting, shovelling & movement required
• Reliable & punctual with dependable transportation
• Steel-toe boots, hard hat & safety vest (required)
• Construction or labour experience is an asset, but not required
• Must be available during snow events – early mornings, evenings & weekends as needed Schedule & Pay :
• Seasonal winter work – hours vary depending on weather & site needs
• Full-time, part-time & casual day shifts available
• Wage : $17–$18 / hr + 4% vacation pay
