Education and Experience A minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Oracle Projects, Oracle Financials, Human Resources and other products within Oracle s suite of Cloud applications. A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset. Knowledge of government procurement practices, financial and human resources operations, and considerable experience in payroll practices would be considered assets. Ability to understand Government workflows, processes, and approvals. Knowledge of modern project management best practices and considerable experience in technical project delivery would be considered an asset. Required Competencies Environment Administration : Expertise in establishing, managing and problem-solving Fusion Cloud instances, including module configurations, creation and provision of new user security roles and execution of data transfers from legacy applications. Environment Sustainment : Expertise in maintaining a maintenance schedule, system test scenarios and environment checks, critical process monitoring and progress reporting and troubleshooting, break-fix for identified problems and environment change management. Systems Update Management : Expertise in preparing testing environment for planned updates, conducting Impact assessments for existing functionality, security, reports, integration, etc., reviewing and analyzing new functionality and making recommendations, leading all testing efforts including initial, regression and integration and overseeing the technical migration and system validation. Responsibilities Liaise with GN s Oracle Fusion Cloud business resources to troubleshoot and resolve any assigned application functionality problems or queries. Provide GN employees with phone or remote support using administration tools provided by the GN. Communicate with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support and developers to resolve issues and request enhancement requests on behalf of the GN. Administer, maintain, and monitor the GNs Oracle Fusion Cloud instances. Ensure continuity by providing clear and thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. Communicate effectively with non-technical users and provide onboarding and training of new users. Participate in a crisis management situation when the Oracle Fusion Cloud processes fail unexpectedly. Provide mentorship and elevated support to GN Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrators.
