Your Role : You will architect robust solutions, mentor junior developers, and set the standard for engineering excellence across our teams. You should be passionate about clean, scalable code and inspiring the next generation of developers.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship : Guide and support junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning.
• Architecture : Design scalable, secure, and elegant software solutions that raise the bar.
• Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to build world‑class features.
• Excellence : Lead by example in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and champion clean, maintainable code.

Who You Are

Compensation

Salary Range : $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and role requirements.
