Under the supervision of the Service After‑Sales team leader, the programmeur(euse) service après‑ventes acts as the first responder to service calls and makes urgent or scheduled visits to NūMove clients to resolve technical issues or deploy improvements to systems supported by NūMove. The role also involves contributing to the programming, simulation, integration and commissioning of robots / PLC / HMI in a robotised cell at NūMove and the end client.
Responsabilités
- Take first‑line service calls.
- Support clients in troubleshooting problems with their system.
- Travel outside the country to client sites when needed.
- Participate in project kick‑offs and provide client support.
- Program robots and / or PLCs in an automated cell.
Conditions de travail
Responsible for support contracts (first responder in 24 / 7 service phone rotation for subscribed clients).Ability to travel to clients with or without notice :
Service calls : up to 12 weeks per year.Warranty support : up to 12 weeks per year.System start‑ups for NūMove : up to 12 weeks per year.Program PLC, robot, configure communication modules, and integrate into an automated cell.Participate in project kick‑offs.Exigences
DEC in automation, robotics or electrotechnics; BAC in electrical engineering, automated production management, robotic engineering, or a related discipline.Experience in the automation and machine‑manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge and experience in one or more of the following specialties :
PLC (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens)Robots (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Kuka)Industrial networking (Ethernet / IP, EtherCAT, Profibus)Machine‑operator interface & SCADA (Factory Talk View, Wonderware)Reading electrical diagramsAutomated systems troubleshootingAnalytical mindset and teamwork.Strong communication and organisational skills.Autonomy and initiative.Availability for installation and startup work outside the metropolitan region, province, and country.Valid driver's licence.Valid passport.Fluency in French.Functional English, given client interaction in the United States and Canada.Atouts
Relevant experience in the industry adjacent to robotics.Industrial informatics skills (C#, VB, SQL) are an advantage.Pneumatics knowledge.Seniority level : Entry level
