Under the supervision of the Service After‑Sales team leader, the programmeur(euse) service après‑ventes acts as the first responder to service calls and makes urgent or scheduled visits to NūMove clients to resolve technical issues or deploy improvements to systems supported by NūMove. The role also involves contributing to the programming, simulation, integration and commissioning of robots / PLC / HMI in a robotised cell at NūMove and the end client.

Responsabilités

• Take first‑line service calls.
• Support clients in troubleshooting problems with their system.
• Travel outside the country to client sites when needed.
• Participate in project kick‑offs and provide client support.
• Program robots and / or PLCs in an automated cell.
