Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, with a passion for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand strategy. You will play a vital role in leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee the approval process for design projects, ensuring all feedback is addressed and incorporated.
