What you´ll do

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing business processes, identifying and implementing areas for improvement and recommending solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

The role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.

In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the day-today operations of the business channel by coordinating administrative tasks, processes to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining best practices.

Conduct detailed analysis and prepare reports using one or more of the data management systems (Power BI, My Tracker, Internal Reports).

Develop and present reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Create a trade credit tracker based on Marketing Promo Grids Accept, review (approval from Channels) & execute all trade credits / co-ops.

Work with channel leads to plan and coordinate all bi-monthly sales meetings including new product samples for Direct Sales Organizations (DSOs).

Develop presentation decks for sales strategies, business reviews and bi-monthly sales meetings.

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor degree in business administration & analytics.

Minimum 1-3 years related experience.

Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Data manipulation functions, Charts, Data analysis and visualization, Macros).

Data Mining Skills (ability to compile and manipulate complex data sets to assist leadership team in deriving actionable insights).

Organizational skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
