Wages start at $17 per hour and instores also get shared tips with all instore staff. This can add another $1-$4 per hour on top of your wage.

Your Role in the Domino's Team-

Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly, whether on the phone or in person.
• Receive and process telephone orders efficiently.
• Accurately take in-person and phone orders, and handle transactions using a POS system.
• Provide exceptional guest service and answer menu questions.

Food Preparation and Service:

• Prepare and serve food items according to Domino's recipes and standards.
• Assemble food items and prepare produce for toppings.
• Perform minor food prep tasks like portioning ingredients.

Operational Support:

• Operate all equipment safely and effectively.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; restock supplies.
• Follow food safety regulations and perform cleaning duties.

Team Support:

• Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Assist in training and orienting new team members.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Foster positive working relationships with managers and coworkers.
