Front of House (FOH) Manager – Boston Pizza Banff
The Front of House Manager at Boston Pizza Banff plays a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager with the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for helping lead, train, develop, schedule, and support our Front of House team while ensuring high standards of service and performance are consistently met.
Our FOH Manager helps create an environment where both guests and team members feel welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through the door. In a fast-paced, high-volume Banff location, this role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to lead by example on the floor.
