Dental Receptionist & Hygiene Coordinator

Queen King Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist & Hygiene Coordinator to join our team.
We’re a busy, established, independently owned Hamilton dental practice, not a corporate chain — with a great team, a beautiful office and a strong belief that going to the dentist doesn't have to feel like going to the dentist.
Our philosophy is simple:
Make every visit easy, comfortable and even enjoyable — so patients leave feeling better than when they walked in.
We’re looking for someone who believes in that too.
Who We're Looking For:
You know the dental world. You understand how important the front desk is to the success of a practice and you're comfortable taking ownership of the schedule rather than simply answering the phone.
You’re warm, organized and confident. You communicate well, listen even better and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to reconnect with patients, fill openings and help people move forward with recommended treatment.
Experience with Dentrix, dental insurance and treatment coordination will put you at the top of our list.
