Job description

Le complexe O' St-François est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable pour combler un besoin à temps plein.

HORAIRE :

  • Du lundi au vendredi
  • 40 h par semaine

FONCTION :

Relevant de la Directrice générale, la titulaire du poste est une personne organisée et détient des capacités à gérer un haut volume d’informations et de requêtes provenant d’acteurs internes de la résidence en maintenant toujours la même qualité de travail, tout en respectant les échéanciers serrés, le tout, d’une façon autonome. Elle devra travailler sur plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

Relations de travail :

  • La titulaire du poste entretient des contacts avec l’ensemble du personnel de la résidence, des familles et des résidents.
  • La titulaire du poste sera en contact avec divers intervenants externes (Gouvernement, CISSSMO, Fournisseurs externes, etc.)

Responsabilités :

  • Préparer les conciliations bancaires et des cartes de crédit mensuellement ;
  • Vérifier les factures et préparer les paiements des comptes fournisseurs après avoir obtenu les approbations (PPA, chèques, virements) ;
  • Préparer la pré-liste de facturation, et effectuer la facturation des résidents ;
  • Préparer avec minutie les avis de renouvellement des baux mensuellement ;
  • Effectuer les mises à jour des ajouts et retraits de services de la clientèle avec le MD7 correspondant ;
  • Préparer la paie des employés ;
  • Préparer et produire divers rapports financiers ;
  • Répondre aux questions des clients internes et externes ;
  • Préparer les écritures comptables ;
  • Concilier certains postes de bilan
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

FORMATION :

  • DEP ou DEC en comptabilité

EXPÉRIENCE :

  • 3 à 5 années d’expérience en lien avec l’emploi

CONNAISSANCES ET APTITUDES :

  • Bonne communication orale et écrite du français;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Connaissance du logiciel Hopem (un atout);
  • Bonne connaissance du cycle comptable complet;
  • Souci du travail bien fait, fiabilité, ponctualité;
  • Capacité d’adaptation, esprit d’équipe;
  • Approche axée sur le service à la clientèle;
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, gestion des priorités.
