What you will be doing :
- Design and implement recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Conduct job and task analysis to identify requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Source and recruit candidates by using the company’s recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills
- Onboard new employees
- Provide recruiting reports
- Build candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation
Who you are :
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or diploma / certificate in Human Resources plus a minimum of two to five (2-5)years of recent, related experience.Strong communication and and interpersonal skillsYou are a strong listener and able to understand the needs of clientsYou are a relationship builderYou have knowledge of HR policies and practices, and employment legislationYou have strong critical thinking skillsYou are an organized multi-taskerAdvanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages quicklyCompensation will be + / -$57,000 per year along with great benefits and long term growth opportunities.
