Strong communication and and interpersonal skills You are a strong listener and able to understand the needs of clients You are a relationship builder You have knowledge of HR policies and practices, and employment legislation You have strong critical thinking skills You are an organized multi-tasker Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages quickly

What you will be doing :
- Design and implement recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Conduct job and task analysis to identify requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Source and recruit candidates by using the company’s recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes
- Conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills
- Onboard new employees
- Provide recruiting reports
- Build candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company's reputation
Who you are :
Compensation will be + / -$57,000 per year along with great benefits and long term growth opportunities. This is an office-based role located in downtown Vancouver. Interested candidates are asked to submit their resumes ASAP!
