Operations Coordinator – Energy Efficiency Program

Salary : $45,000–$50,000 annually + 2 weeks of vacation
About the role
Our client, a well-established organization known for delivering large-scale programs, is launching a new energy efficiency program in Québec and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and delivery of the program.
This role is well suited for an early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in program coordination, operations, and data support within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on environmental impact and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities related to the program and follow up on ongoing tasks
- Compile, organize, and maintain program-related data and documentation
- Assist with the preparation of operational reports and administrative tracking
- Update tracking tools, KPI files, and Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams and provide operational support to managers
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and tracking tools
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and structured in your work
- Are comfortable taking initiative while working collaboratively with a team
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Are comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and systemsHave an interest in environmental sustainability and energy efficiencyQualifications & experience
0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, student roles, or academic projectsA college or university diploma in business administration, management, analytics, environmental studies, building science, or a related fieldBasic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExposure to Power BI, Power Query, or data visualization tools ( asset, not required)A strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindsetWhy this is a great opportunity
