As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking an additional Field Superintendent to support our pump and water transfer operations. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong oil & gas background who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and is passionate about safety, team development, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate is a collaborative team player with proven leadership experience, a strong technical foundation in pumping operations, and a track record of delivering consistent, high-quality results. You bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving challenges while supporting a positive and high-performing work culture.
This is a dynamic role that balances field leadership, customer engagement, safety leadership, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and employee development.
