Job description

SCSA is non-profit organization funded by the construction industry to provide cost-effective, quality safety training, programs and advice through its Business Services. Our team is committed to injury prevention and supporting a safe, healthy and profitable industry in Saskatchewan.

If you are a positive and driven individual who would like to join us in making a difference in the Saskatchewan construction industry, and someone who can contribute positively to our workplace culture and team, read on and apply online today!

We are seeking a self-motivated, adaptable professional with a strong foundation in health and safety and a talent for teaching others. This role involves delivering engaging training to adult learners both in-person and online, so exceptional communication skills, proficiency with computers/technology, and the ability to present fluidly are essential.

The right candidate will bring a positive, professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration are key. You should feel comfortable delivering training on topics you may not have direct hands-on experience with—demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset to quickly develop subject matter understanding where needed.

Technical knowledge or experience in construction is a strong asset, however, we also value individuals who are quick learners, open to new topics, and willing to grow their technical knowledge as needed.

If you have a genuine interest in safety, value continuous improvement, and are excited about shaping a culture of safety through education, we would love to hear from you.
