They are currently seeking a full-cycle Accountant with experience in a product-based or supply chain industry. This is a 100% in-office role based in Vancouver, offering the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision while handling all aspects of accounting. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for full-cycle accounting, month-end close, AP / AR, account reconciliations, as well as compliance and statutory filings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3+ years of hands-on accounting experience and must be proficient in NetSuite ERP . If you thrive in an independent work environment and are looking for a stable yet challenging role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Requirements :

• At least 5+ years of accounting experience working for a small business
• Minimum of 2-3+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite
• Experience in a product-based or supply chain industry
• Strong understanding of COGS, landed costs, and inventory costing
• Understanding of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE or GAAP)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently and resolve issues with minimal guidance
