E.H. Price Solutions is undergoing a major modernization initiative to unify our core business systems, including the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead this end-to-end transformation effort.
The ideal candidate will manage a complex, cross-functional project to implement platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, NetSuite, or Epicor Prophet 21, ensuring a seamless transition from our legacy systems and aligning system capabilities with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
- Lead the planning and execution of the CRM / ERP implementation project from initiation to post-launch stabilization
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Develop governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and decision-making structures
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to define and validate requirementsProvide regular updates to executive leadership and the steering committeeFacilitate workshops, collect feedback, and drive alignment across regions and departmentsVendor & Technology Partner Coordination
Serve as the central point of contact for selected platform vendors (e.g., Odoo, Dynamics 365, Acumatica, etc.)Manage external consultants and integrators through system design, development, testing, and deploymentEnsure vendor accountability on deliverables, SLAs, integration commitments, and training supportSystem Implementation
Oversee data migration, system configuration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live activities, and issue trackingEnsure all workstreams are synchronized—including CRM, ERP, financials, quoting, inventory, and reportingLead problem resolution efforts and adjust plans as needed to minimize disruptionChange Management & Training
Drive organizational change by promoting system adoption and process improvementsDevelop training materials and communications plans for internal usersSet up feedback mechanisms to refine workflows and ensure sustainable adoptionSkills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related disciplineMinimum 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in ERP / CRM implementationProven experience implementing platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, NetSuite, or Epicor P21PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferredStrong understanding of business process design in areas like order handling, finance, and inventory controlExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)Desirable Assets
