Tasks

Operate audio-visual equipment
Prepare reports
Conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions and historical, heritage and other sites, answer inquiries and provide information
Teach students using lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations and field trips
Provide basic tourist information
Perform cashiering duties
Operate cash register
Leading/instructing groups
Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery
Professionalism in customer service
Provide customer service
Handle cash transactions
Leading/instructing individuals
Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest
