XTL Yard Shunter The Role: The XTL Shunter is responsible for safely moving and positioning trailers within the yard to support efficient loading, unloading, and dispatch operations at the Costco Depot while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care.
The role includes completing drop-and-switch movements, conducting yard checks, and ensuring trailers are organized, accessible, and ready to meet operational requirements.
Schedule: Sunday night - Friday morning, from 7:30pm - 5:00am Our Commitment to you: Start rate of $31.05 per hour with annual increases given on anniversary date Overtime paid after 45 hours working in a week Benefits paid by XTL Company matching RRSP Program Paid weekly, direct deposit Excellent new equipment Well maintained fleet Mentor Program Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years shunting experience using a shunt truck Must be willing to sweep trailers Clean abstract required (No more than 5 demerit points) Clean Criminal Record Search If you are the right candidate and would like to join a family orientated and successful company, please send your current driver's abstract and resume in your response.
