Erin looking for a babysitter or nanny in Oshawa

Hello! We are Max and Erin, parents to Penelope (Penny). Max and I work in hospitality and so we have unconventional work schedules. Up until now we have gotten by with the help of our family. Penny turns 5 this February and has started junior kindergarten and we feel its time to bring someone in to keep up with our very sweet and sometimes wild child. Penny is bright, very social and can be as assertive as she can be silly. We would require someone to start at 2 or 3pm depending on Erins scheduled shift, and sometimes that would mean meeting Penny at the bus stop right around the corner of our house. We will have snacks and dinner prepared but we would need you to heat things up or do light cooking - think chicken nuggets with broccoli, boiling pasta noodles, for example. We would also need you to facilitate the bedtime routine - teeth brushing and face washing, toileting, jammies and books. Lights out at 8pm. Max arrives home between 8 and 9, sometimes in time for a good night hug
