The Role
As our VIP Host, You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our top players, driving engagement, and turning interactions into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with our VIPs on a daily basis, via In-game, iMessages, FB Messenger, email and phone calls
- Get to know our players on an intimate level, their backgrounds, favorite pets, sports teams, music bands, and hobbies
- Make your players feel valued, pampered, and eager to continue playing and engaging with our games
- Keep track of product development, new releases, and ongoing live operations (events) in the game - so you can relay that back to our players
- Get closely acquainted with our and competitor games, play them regularly to understand our players' experience
- Analyze players’ behavior to identify playing patterns. This entails going through analytical reports from multiple sources
- Empathetically listen to player challenges and solve discomforts in their experience
- Be the voice of our players - collect and communicate their feedback to other teammates
Requirements
- Relevant experience - 2 years as part of a VIP Hosts team - in iGaming, skill games or other RMG fields. Otherwise, 3 years of experience in mobile F2P games.
- Fluent American English, with strong understanding of American culture
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and possession of analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills - warm, sharp, and highly personal
- Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets
- Creative and resourceful - able to execute without relying on large support teams
- 12 years of education
