Job description
Accounts Payable Specialist- Contract

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients finance team. This is a critical role that helps keep the company running smoothly by ensuring our vendors and partners are paid accurately and on time. If you're someone who loves to dive into the details and wants to make a real impact at a fast-growing, global company, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

- The position is a hybrid role based out of the Oakville office, giving you the flexibility to work from home three days a week.


Responsibilities
- Categorizing and sorting accounts payable statements and invoices.
- Processing vendor invoices and payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Processing employee expense claims and reconciling complex credit card transactions.
- Contributing to our team's success during month-end closing processes.


Qualifications
- You should have a knack for numbers, an eye for detail, and a talent for problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are a must.
- You should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- It’s a bonus if you have prior experience with Accounts Payable or a system like Dynamics 365
