Duties Include:

• Repair all Crown and OEM valve equipment to Stream-Flos standards based on equipment type
• Tear down reassemble and troubleshoot valve equipment for repair
• Test grease inspect and stamp valves
• Maintain accurate database and documentation
• Calibrate function test and troubleshoot choke valves and a variety of pneumatic hydraulic and electric positioners and actuation
• Record non-conformances as required
• Inform Supervisor /Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment
• Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• High School Diploma with related valve repair rebuild and/or teardown experience an asset
• Knowledge of Stream-Flo and/or competitors equipment an asset
• Mechanically inclined; basic understanding of hand and power tool functionality
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Good communication (oral and written) interpersonal customer service and problem solving skills
• Well organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
