Our client in the commercial plumbing distribution sector is looking for its new junior customer service representative!

Salary starting at $21/hr
Full-time weekday schedule

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Taking and following up customer orders
- Invoicing and quoting
- Telephone sales
- After-sales service and customer retention
- Front-line customer service to answer customer questions
- And many other tasks if you're interested in exploring!

Qualifications
Qualifications for this role are :
- Bilingualism (many customers and suppliers are outside Quebec)
- Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years) - plumbing experience will be considered a strong asset
- Motivation, ability to learn and an interest in the plumbing business
- We'll teach you the rest!
